with Dermot from Select Poultry & Meat Ltd in London who are
our sole suppliers of meat produce.

Dermot (Select's Head Butcher) will demonstrate basic butchery
skills & beef meat cuts, which we use at The Woolpack.

Price also includes a Pint or Glass of House Wine

42 Day Dry Aged 'Angus' Rib of Beef on the Bone (12 oz)
hand cut chips, slow roasted tomatoes & sautéed mushrooms

Add Foie Gras – £4 supplement
